There are serious doubts about the date on the photo (the photo is from Adventures With The Voodoo Crew book by Martin James). The same picture and more other photos from this show floating around, but they are described as Hammersmith Apollo 1993 London, England – Dance Awards / Kiss Awards. Also the photos were descirbed as 1994.05.14 – Scottish Dance Music Awards 1994, Marco’s Forum, Livingstone, Scotland.

Looking at your database it is more like the image is from Scottish Dance Music Awards.
