There are strong doubts about the exact date of this concert, as the band played a gig in Berlin on that night. To most probably is the band played in Frankfurt on 21st November.
The photo appeared to promote Museum Of Modern Electronic Music’s exhibition: “OMEN Club Frankfurt 1988-1998 – New Electronic Ecstasy”. The description says:
